IBBF — a Research Institute for Topics of Continuing Vocational Education and Training in Companies
Currently, there is a global transformational process taking place that is specifically reflected in the energy, mobility and heating sector. These changes are also exerting an influence on further sectors such as food, security, water and raw materials. The IBBF sees itself as standing side-by-side with and supporting SMEs in the Berlin region in addressing this transformational process.
The demands on our economy are growing as dynamically as are the findings of research on urgent changes taking place in our world today. The IBBF team develops solutions, concepts and formats in conjunction with their R&D partners that cultivate the skills of the employees in these organisations and develop their capacity for making decisions and taking action.
