First Peer Review in Poznan, Poland
A transnational meeting showed the results of the first pilot year
Together with our partner institutions NGi from Nottingham (GB) and ZSL from Poznan (PL) we have reviewed the Polish apprenticeship system in Poznan during the last week in September for our Erasmus+ project to increase apprenticeship engagement among SMEs. Through talks with SMEs, stakeholders like the town hall or other schools and discussions with former apprentices we have identified strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the polish apprenticeship system. The goal of the peer review was to identify new ways to bring employers of SMEs and apprentices together. Among the new ways to be adopted in Poland are a web-portal to match employers needs and apprentices skills as well as a branding strategy for our partner ZSL.
