EU-Project on attracting, transferring and keeping young people in metal industries meeting in Cremona, Italy
The second transnational AttTraK-Projectteam-Meeting to prepare workshops.

Since October 2018, the IBBF is coordinating the EU-Exchange Project „AttTraK – Employer empowerment to attract, transfer and keep young people in metal industries“.
On May the 16th and 17th the second transnational Project Meeting in Cremona, Italy took place. Our partner REI - Reindustria Innovazione organized the Meeting, in which the Project Coordinator Dr. Erik Malchow and Volha Zinouyeva from IBBF took part.
The international Team is currently planning the first Workshop-Week, which will be held in October 2019 in Alytus, Lithuania. Different topics like dual Apprenticeship system, Training methodology and cooperation of business and training centers will be discussed during the Workshop-Week in order to identify and spread Best Practices.
Through the professional exchange we are searching for innovative solutions for companies, which want to gain and keep young people in metal industries.
