CEMIVET Forum in Berlin

Forum "Circular Economy in Metal Professions" at the Fraunhofer IPK on 6 June 2023.

Teachers were invited to attend the expert forum entitled "Circular Economy in Metal Professions" at the Fraunhofer Institute for Production Systems and Design Technology IPK on 6 June 2023.

In the EU-ERASMUS+ project entitled "Circular Economy in Metal Industries` VET CEMIVET", an online course for teachers is currently being created with the presentations given there. This will focus on the benefits of the Circular Economy in metal trades and in particular the implications for welding processes.

The forum included the already finished parts of the course with special online learning and training formats. Participants had the opportunity to test these to learn about the current state of welding technologies and circular economy best practices and outlooks.
The event was held in English and was free of charge for the participants due to the project funding by the ERASMU+ programme. The agenda of the event can be found here.
